Mix Tape: Big Poppa – The Bill Clinton Years
Wednesday, March 5th, 2008There was a lot more to the 90s than just alternative radio. Sure that was all I grew up with, but it would serve as a heinous insult to ignore the rise of rap and hip-hop during this time. Therefore, I created the following mix tape. Most of these tunes are from the earlier bit of the decade, arguably the better half of the period for the genre, but you can be sure all of these songs are not only incredibly good but also fantastically awesome. This collection also represents many of the artists who helped the game get to where it is today. Enjoy.
